3-Ingredient Mounds Bar Recipe

2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Mix the Coconut Filling
In a bowl, combine the sweetened shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.
2. Shape the Bars
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form it into small rectangular bars (Mounds Bar shape).
Place the bars on the prepared baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
3. Coat in Chocolate
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Using a fork, dip each chilled coconut bar into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place the coated bars back onto the parchment paper.
4. Chill and Serve
Place the bars in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Once set, enjoy your homemade Mounds Bars

Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
